Claire Skinner
geboren 1965 in Hemel Hempstead (Herfordshire), England
Claire Skinner bekam ihre Ausbildung an der 'London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art' und arbeitete anschließend für die 'Royal Shakespeare Company'.
Skinner arbeitete Jahre lang überwiegend fürs Theater und Kino (z.B. zusammen mit Regisseur Mike Leigh). In den letzten Jahren übernahm sie jedoch auch mehrfach erfolgreich TV-Rollen, z.B. die der Sue in der ausgesprochen empfehlenswerten Sitcom 'Outnumbered'.
Claire Skinner ist mit dem Regisseur Charles Palmer, dem Sohn von Geoffrey Palmer, verheiratet. Sie haben zwei Kinder.
