Rupert Everett

geboren 1959 in Norfolk, England

Rupert Everett besuchte die 'Central School of Speech and Drama' in London. Er wurde durch das Theaterstück 'Another country' bekannt, das mit ihm und Colin Firth verfilmt wurde. Es folgten weitere Filme wie 'Chronik eines angekündigten Todes' und 'Dance with a stranger'. Danach zog er sich für einige Jahre aus dem Filmgeschäft zurück und schrieb Bücher. Mitte der 90er Jahre kehrte er mit 'Die Hochzeit meines besten Freundes' an der Seite von Julia Roberts zurück und spielte anschließend in mehreren 'Period Pieces' wie 'An ideal Husband', 'The Importance of being Earnest' und 'Shakespeare in Love'.
