James Martin

... berühmte Köche & Kochbuchautoren aus Großbritannien & Irland

James Martin (geb. 1972) wuchs auf dem Estate von Castle Howard (Yorkshire, England) auf, wo seine Mutter in der Küche arbeitete.

Er studierte Catering in Scarborough, lernte in der Hostellerie De Plaisance in Saint-Emilion und arbeitete im 3-Sterne-Restaurant Maison Troisgros in Roanne, bevor er nach England zurückkehrte.

Nach Stationen in zahlreichen Restautants betreibt er derzeit das auf britische Küche spezialisierte Restaurant 'James Martin Manchester' (Manchester, Lancashire).
