Ciaran Hinds

geboren 1953 in Belfast, Nordirland

Ciaran Hinds gab sein Jurastudium schnell wieder auf um am 'Royal Academy of Dramatic Art' Schauspiel zu studieren. Er war lange Jahre Mitglied der 'Glasgow Citizens Company', war mit Peter Brooks 'Mahabharata' auf Welttour und spielte für die 'Royal Shakespeare Company'. Seit 1981 übernahm er vermehrt Filmrollen. Er blieb aber auch dem Theater treu, so spielte er die Rolle des Larry in Patrick Marbers 'Closer' sowohl in der Londoner als auch in der New Yorker Produktion.
